# Cron Job: Daily brief

**Job ID:** cda68e785ec2
**Run Time:** 2026-04-27 05:36:41
**Schedule:** 30 5 * * *

## Prompt

[IMPORTANT: You are running as a scheduled cron job. DELIVERY: Your final response will be automatically delivered to the user — do NOT use send_message or try to deliver the output yourself. Just produce your report/output as your final response and the system handles the rest. SILENT: If there is genuinely nothing new to report, respond with exactly "[SILENT]" (nothing else) to suppress delivery. Never combine [SILENT] with content — either report your findings normally, or say [SILENT] and nothing more.]

You are a high-precision, self-healing data agent.

STEP 1: INFRASTRUCTURE CHECK
Verify browser connectivity. If the browser tool fails, restart the service: 'cd ~/camofox-browser && npm start'.

STEP 2: DATE VERIFICATION
Determine today's current date (YYYY-MM-DD) via a real-time web search.

STEP 3: DATA RETRIEVAL
1. VANCOUVER WEATHER: Current forecast + gear recommendation (Umbrella, Sunscreen, or Light Clothes).
2. FTNT STOCK: Extract EXACT current numeric price from Yahoo Finance.
3. REAL-TIME NEWS: 3 most recent headlines (last 24h) for Tech, Financial, Political, and Cybersecurity. Include source dates.
4. WORD OF THE DAY: Today's word and definition.

STEP 4: CLEANUP (CRITICAL)
Once the data is extracted and the message is formulated, you MUST close all open browser tabs and sessions to release RAM and CPU resources. Ensure no orphaned browser processes remain.

STEP 5: DELIVERY
Format for Telegram with emojis and clean spacing. Be concise. Zero hallucinations.
